Arma 12 M is a two component, 100% solids polyurethane spray elastomer. This soft, rubbery, waterproof coating system provides an extremely tough monolithic membrane for flexible surfaces, as well as excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. It also offers sound dampening features and provides a superior non-skid surface when impregnated with silica. Arma 12 M bonds tenaciously to virtually any surface and remains flexible at temperature extremes from -40 to -121°C (-40 to -250°F).

Arma 12 M is dry to the touch in 2-3 minutes and can be walked on in 30 minutes. Like most polyurethanes, Arma 12 M requires 7 days to fully cure. In most cases, it is suitable for service in 24 hours. This rapid set time enables fast, high build coats on vertical and overhead surfaces as well as horizontal surfaces.
